Monday – Thursday (Weekday)

• $27.50/hour (5-hour minimum)
• Full day (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM) for $220
• Music must be off by 9:00 PM, last call for alcohol at 9:00 PM, final exit by 10:00 PM.

Friday – Sunday (Weekend)

• $33/hour (5-hour minimum)
• Full day (8:00 AM – 11:00 PM) for $264
• Music must be off by 10:00 PM, last call for alcohol at 10:00 PM, final exit by 11:00 PM.

Additional Fees and Deposits

• Damage deposit: Equal to the rental fee, refundable upon inspection.
• Inspection/restocking fee: $100 (non-refundable, applied to all rentals).
• Additional charges apply for:
  • Events serving alcohol (depending on the day’s last call time).
  • Events extending past the allowed music cutoff time:
    • Monday – Thursday: 9:00 PM
    • Friday and Saturday: 10:00 PM
    • Sunday: 9:00 PM.
• No noise disturbances to close neighbors are allowed.

• A kitchen including a microwave, beverage cooler, coffee machine, kettle, sink (no oven)
