  • $37.50/hr (3-5 hour minimum)
  • Full day (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM): $300
  • Music must be off by 9:00 PM, last call for alcohol at 9:00 PM, final exit by 10:00 PM.

Friday

  • $55/hour (5-hour minimum, availability may be limited)
  • Full day (8:00 AM – 11:00 PM): $400
  • Music must be off by 10:00 PM, last call for alcohol at 10:00 PM, final exit by 11:00 PM.

Saturday

  • Morning block (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM): $275
  • Afternoon block (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM): $550
  • Full day (8:00 AM – 11:00 PM): $600
  • Music must be off by 10:00 PM, last call for alcohol at 10:00 PM, final exit by 11:00 PM.

Sunday

  • Afternoon block (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM): $400 (morning unavailable)
  • Music must be off by 9:00 PM, last call for alcohol at 9:00 PM, final exit by 10:00 PM.

Additional Fees and Deposits

  • Damage deposit: Equal to the rental fee, refundable upon inspection.
  • Inspection/restocking fee: $100 (non-refundable, applied to all rentals).
  • Additional charges may apply for events extending past the allowed music cutoff time or those serving alcohol, depending on the day’s last call time.
  • No noise disturbances to close neighbors are allowed.
